Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GrowBrief (the “Service”), operated by GrowBrief (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is aimed at founders and businesses using Reddit for growth; it is not directed at children.

2. The Service

GrowBrief is an AI-assisted coaching tool. It may suggest Reddit threads, missions, and draft comments or posts. You remain solely responsible for anything you post or do on Reddit or elsewhere. We do not post on your behalf, and we do not guarantee outcomes (customers, karma, ranking, or revenue).

3. Accounts

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Contact blaisemu007@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plan: GrowBrief Pro at the price shown at checkout (currently $29/month unless otherwise stated).
• There is no free trial unless we explicitly advertise one at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Cancel anytime via the Stripe billing portal (Manage billing). Access continues through the paid period end unless otherwise stated.
• Taxes may apply based on your location. Where enabled, Stripe Tax calculates applicable taxes at checkout.
• Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion (e.g. double charge or clear billing error). Request via blaisemu007@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge when seeking a discretionary review.
• Failed payments may result in suspension of Pro features until resolved.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Reddit’s own terms and community rules. You may not use the Service to spam, manipulate votes, impersonate others, or violate law.

6. AI-generated content

Drafts and coaching text may be generated by AI (including third-party models such as OpenAI). Outputs can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review and edit before posting. Do not treat drafts as legal, financial, or professional advice.

7. Third-party services

The Service may rely on Supabase (auth/database), Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI), and public or third-party Reddit data sources (including unofficial archives). Your use of Reddit and those providers is subject to their terms.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service software and branding. You retain rights to your product information and content you submit. You grant us a license to process that content to provide the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or risk to the Service or others.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
