Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GrowBrief (“we”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use GrowBrief. Contact blaisemu007@gmail.com for privacy requests.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (hashed by our auth provider), and profile fields you provide (e.g. product description, growth notes).
- Usage data: opportunities, missions, drafts, outcomes, and product settings you create in the Service.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe (customer ID, subscription status). We do not store full card numbers.
- Optional Reddit connection: if you connect Reddit OAuth, we store encrypted tokens and basic account metadata (username, karma) to personalize coaching.
- Technical data: essential cookies/session tokens for authentication and security; basic server logs (path, status, timing) without intentional collection of message bodies.
2. How we use information
- Provide and improve coaching, scouting, drafts, and missions
- Authenticate you and secure the Service
- Process subscriptions and prevent fraud
- Respond to support requests
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms
We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI processing
Product descriptions, thread context, and related inputs may be sent to AI providers (currently OpenAI) to generate drafts and scores. Do not submit sensitive personal data you do not want processed by those providers.
4. Subprocessors
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Stripe — payments
- OpenAI — AI generation/scoring
- Hosting providers for our web app and API (e.g. Vercel, Fly.io)
- Reddit-related data sources for scouting (official API when connected; otherwise public pages and/or third-party archives such as Arctic Shift / PullPush)
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies for login sessions. See our Cookie Policy.
6. Retention
We retain account and product data while your account is active. After deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records for legal, tax, or security reasons (e.g. billing records with Stripe).
7. Your rights
Depending on your location (including GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where applicable), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. In the Service you can:
- Export your data from Settings
- Delete your account from Settings
You may also email blaisemu007@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. If you are in California, we do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined.
8. Children
The Service is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us to delete it.
9. International transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.
